I have complaint multiple times in Voltas customer care that my AC is not working... But not one is actually taking this problem seriously... I register my complaint on 8 august and it is almost a month now... My issue is not resolved... Frstly technicians came and said indoor PCB is damaged it has to be replaced and it took almost 20 days for new PCB in arriving but then again same problem then they said maybe outdoor PCB is damaged... But still outdoor PCB is not replaced...
Voltas care executives are just giving reasons like we are not able to track the product or there is Sunday holiday or part is not in stock etc etc... On every call a new reason...
It has been almost a month that i am facing this problem and you guys are just giving new dates...
Voltas is a brand but their customer service is very very poor... I highly recommend everyone not to buy Voltas invertor AC as their customer service is very poor...
And they don't even pay attention to your complaints in time...
