[Resolved] Voltas — AC not cooling due to wrong installation done by Voltas installation team. | |||||
I purchased my Voltas 185JY 1.5 ton 5 star AC from Snapdeal. Then I requested Voltas customer care for installation of AC with Reference no. [protected]. But the installation done by the technician Mr. Moin was very bad and his behaviour was also very rude! My real concern is that the installation was very bad and it led to the leakage of the refrigerant and AC stopped cooling and working anonymously. Then I requested for a visit and a technician visited home after 7 days of request submission! No doubt Voltas is irresponsible company by disobeying it's duty! Ref no. of my new complaint is [protected]. The technician asked me to contact Customer Care for further assistance and there is no such proper reply from their side.
