Voltas Company Service Center Is Not Resolving My Problem From 1.5 Months — 1.5 ton split AC of voltas having gas leakage is not sorted out by the service center

Hello sir I am using 1.5 ton voltas AC that is out of warranty now.Since 2 months i am facing a problem of gas leakage from my Ac.I have complained about gas leakage and not cooling problem from customer care.they have sent their technician to my house.The technician came and refill the gas and make the bill of Rs.2200 and told me that if the gas leakage occurred within one month the company will not charge for the gas refill again.In a few days the gas is leaked again.I have made complaint to the customer care again.First they have cancelled my complaint saying that you are complaining the same problem so that your request has been cancelled.Again i made a fresh complaint.The Technician visit my home and told me that the problem is in outdoor unit of AC and they had took out the unit for repair to the service center in patna.After few days they returned with outdoor unit and charged me Rs.[protected] for gas refilling+300 for repairing and fare of transportation).In a Few days gas is leaked again and again i made complaint to customer care.Again the technician visit and told me for checking the indoor unit and they have took indoor unit with them.After 3-4 days i received a call from service center that indoor int is ok and there might be problem with pipe.They did not returned my indoor unit almost 10 day. after making many calls the technician came and just put the indoor unit on the floor and returned. Again i made a call to the senior executive named 1.Akash and 2. dada(called name) to sort out my problem.They replied me to send the pipe to the service center.I have made arrangement and sent pipe to the service center.Its been more than 15 days and they have not returned my pipe and not entertained my calls as well.In between i have called many times to customer care and complain about the situation but they are giving the same answer all the time that we are taking your complaints and your problem will be sorted out.I have called customer care to connect or provide any senior to make my complaint, the reply is senior are busy for the interview and when they are free we will make you call. This is the height of irresponsibility. i am very furious about the situation.Kindly suggest what should i do. jay shankar kumar [protected]

It has been nearly about 20 days to resolved the problem which take place after 2.5 months after complaints and again the problem persist.I can not understand that the technician is not resolving my problem sincerely or they do not understand the actual problem because the same problem occurred again and i have complained to the service center, complaint no: [protected] dated 20.07.15. The technician came and check the unit and told me that the previous technician not checked the unit properly that's why gas leakage problem is persists.Today i.e.24.07.15, i received a message from customer care that my complaint has been cancelled because customer is not willing to pay.
Can any representative from your company make me understand that why should i pay every time for the same complain the same problem which is not resolved by your technician.

As i have made many complaints to you regarding gas leakage from split ac voltas 1.5 ton, but i did not got any satisfactory service/reply from your service center in patna, i.e. patna cooling sales and service jain niketan, laljee tola, behind CDA building patna.
Let you know the sequence of event which has been occurred with my AC.I have purchased this AC in 2013 from your authorized retailer, Sound and Music Frazer road, patna.In the warranty period its service is ok.But the problem occurred from march 2015, First complaint i have made on 9-10/03/2015 .The Technician came and filled gas.I have paid a bill of Rs.2200 for gas refill.Gas is leaked again in 15-20 days and again i made a complaint on 30.03.15, the technician came and take my outdoor unit to the service center.The outdoor unit is checked and repaired and reinstalled on date 07.04.15 for this i have paid Rs.2500(gas refill Rs.1800+call charge 400+transportation charge 300).once again gas is leaked in 15-20 days.i have again made the complain 23-24/04/15.The technician came and told me that outdoor unit is checked already and there would be a problem in indoor unit so they take inddor unit on date 29.04.15.after 3-4 days i got a call from service center they told me that ther is no problem in indoor unit.They have returned my indoor unit after 10 day of the call.They just came and put the indoor unit on the floor and left all the setup as it is and told me that u need to chek ur pipe.I have called many times of seniors in the patna service center named 1.Akash and 2.Dada.Dada suggest me send anyone to him so that he can come to my house and see the unit.I have sent a person to bring DADA from service center.He came and checked and take pipe with him.Almost 15 days has been passed over and i didnot get my pipe or any reply.I have made complain again in written and to the customer care.Finally i have made my own arrangement and picked up the pipe from service center.I have called many times to Dada and finally technician came and installed pipe and refill gas without any payment on 4-5/07/2015.
Unfortunately again the gas is leaked, i have made complaint to customer care 21.07.15.The technician came and checked and told me that gas is leaked from pipe.On 24.07.15 i recieved a massege from customer care that Your request no.[protected] has been cancelled .reason customer not willing to pay(OW).Again i made complaint to the customer care and told about the problem and sequences.The executive told me that i dont have to pay, they will resolved my problem.They gave the complain no-[protected].I have received a same massege on 25.07.15 that your request no.[protected] has been cancelled .reason customer not willing to pay(OW).
Finally i am writting to you that what i have to do now.My problem will be sorted out or i have to reach consumer court.Please sugest.
