Voltas — Complaint regarding A/C not being solved by agency | |||
We have complained the agency regarding the issue with A/C which is still under warranty... Twice they told they will come but nobody turned up. Even the customer care closed the complaint without resolving the issue... The issue which we are facing is sometimes our Voltas Split A/C does cooling and sometimes not at all. Its a one and a half tone A/C. We have been experiencing a very bad service from the Tata company for the 1st time. Please do look into the matter and solve our issue as soon as possible.
