My AC flip was damaged during the service by Voltas Engineer, and I have been informed that it will be replaced as order needs to be placed by the technician, it's been 3 months I have been following up but there is no response from Voltas customer support.
My AC is under Extended warranty, and I see there is never a response from Voltas Customer support when we reach out regarding the damage caused by their technician during service.
Its the second time that the technician has damaged the flip.
Last time I had to pay from my pocket and it ordered and now again the Voltas technician damaged it.
