[Resolved] Voltas — Damaged ac delivery. misbehaviour with the customer | |||||
I just bought an ac on 29th may2016 from initiative aashiana lucknow. Ac is completely damaged. We tried getting in touch with the store for the replacement of my ac and they asked me to visit the service centre of voltas based in aashiana (Power house) (Vs air conditioning). The ssrvice centre supervisor named vinay singh did not even listrn to my complaint and insisting me to fix the damaged product but was not ready to replace it. I went to the dealer again and revisited to setvice centre 3 times i last 24_48 hours... Apart from the bad conduct and misbehaviour of the service centre supervisor i got nothing.. Nobody is rrady to entertain me now. Its not been even 7 days and i am fed up with nonsence going on from the voltas company. This guy vinay singh from vs air condioning created moe complication. I have been making the complaints just from the 2nd day i bouht thr ac about the cooling issue and noise made by ac. This stubborn character started shouting at me and misbehaved with me and showed no support towards any resolutions. I am still waitng for the resolution. Nobody seems to be a help for me z. Neither the initiative store manager and definitely not the service centre. I am stuck with this issue wit my brand new ac. If i dont see any responce defenatly soon i will go to the higher authorities and put this cncern with them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
