I had purchased one voltas 1.0 ton 125 ey(R) split ac from great eastern trading co., kharagpur on 26/01/2016.Invoice no:28/sa/1516/08351invoice date:[protected].It is a matter of great regret that from the very beginning the ac has not been working properly.I had made one complaint with the voltas customer service center, but till date the company or the seller i.E., the great eastern trading co did not take any action .My complaint no.
