Voltas Ltd — After 3 days of support ticket no response from Voltas AC Service Center

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

I have purchase Split AC on 26May 2015 . Instalation done on 30 jun. After 5 days it is not working . I have added a support ticket on Friday night by call customer care. After 3 days of support ticket no response from any Voltas Service Center. When ever i call customer they always told me that now i am setting your ticket as a urgent ticket and they will resolve the issue ASAP. Please give me suggestion what i will do?

Hi,

My New split AC is not working from 5 days. [protected] ticket no for a service. This generated on 5th jun . Till now i have not received any call from service center. Can you tell me when they will come .My mobile is [protected].

COOLING IS NOT PROPER

COOLING IS NOT PROPER FROM 2 TONS WINDOW A/C. AFTER SWITCH ON ONLY FAN IS FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR AND THEN COMPRESSOR STARTS WITH SOUND AND RUN FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND AGAIN FAN STARTS RUNNING . THIS CYCLE IS CONTINUED.
