Voltas — New Split AC bought but showing E8 error.

I brought a new Voltas AC and used it for half hour just after one day of installation and now it is showing E8 error. I have complained for the same lot of time but no one is resolving the issue. I even called customer service twice but still nothing is resolved. It's been like 1 month since I registered the complaint in Voltas service centre.
I have emailed the CEO of Voltas in hope that someone might resolve the issue but still no response from the company. The after sales service of voltas is worst in the industry as no one listen to your complaint.
