Voltas — No Response for AC servicing

Request for servicing new AC was submitted on 25.03.2015 vide request no. [protected]. Again gave a request on 27.03.15 and 28.03.15 at helpline number but till date none of your service centre at Allahabad has bothered to give a call or visit my house for servicing of AC.How long I have to wait for the servicing of the AC.
