Voltas — No response from VOLTAS for defect product

I have repeatedly lodged complain regarding problem with swing operation my AC since last two months. I had purchased on 22/04/14, just after one month the problem started. But every time your boys came & assured to change the motors. But no response after that. Latest complain no- [protected] dated-16/08/14, but false response from your boys, no one coming. This product was a defect & no support for service. This is the way how VOLTAS treated with customers. Basanta [protected]
