Voltas — No service under warranty | |||
Sr no.[protected] Respected sir, I have purchased voltas split ac 2 months back. for which i have a problem of water leakage. i have raised the compliant with your customer carer on a phone call on 6th july 2016. first they told me that technician will visit in 24 hours. then after 24 hours when call again they told me 24 working hours means after 3 days. Again i called after that time period so mr. manish of your call center that technician will visit late by late on friday Then again i call in saturday morning they told me technician will visit today and gave me number of local service center (+91-[protected]) the service center told me that technician will visit on monday and also it was very rudely. My warranty complain in not solved and customer care not responding proper. please look into the matter at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||

voltas online team just copy paste message .Now even after a week nobody visited to solve my complain.and when i call customer care they always say we will contact local service center and get back to you within two hours.and then no call from customer care.when i again call after 4 to 5 hours they say we cannot call as there was a technical issue( i cant understand technical issue in just calling customer and updating him) and also the technical issue dame everyday .
