[Resolved] Voltas — No support from voltas on mounting the ac after many days of purchase | |||
Hi, I have purchased a Voltas 185 EY(S) Executive S Split AC (1.5 Ton, 5 Star Rating, Silver) on 27th April 2016, and have raised a request with Voltas on 28th April to mount this in my room. As per their standard the SLA is 24 working hours and I have waited till that time but no one came to install the AC. I have called the customer care, and they have assured that someone will be coming on next day. No one came, and I have called the Voltas customer care next day evening but have got some meaningless feedback that they are not aware when the person will be coming and installing the product. I have asked them to connect to the Manager, and the Manager has committed that the service engineer will be coming shortly and fix this issue. I am following with Voltas for last 5 days after spending my credit card on purchasing their product. No one has any idea who and when the issue will be fixed. Please help.
