Voltas — Nobody to Install.. | |||
I ordered Voltas 1 ton AC on 29th Mar, 14 from Great Eastern Trading Company in Kolkata. Delivery was made on 3rd Mar, 14 as the product was not available at the point of time. The store promised me that installation would be smooth and would be within 2 or 3 days of delivery. Today is 7th May, 14 still without installation. I spoke to the store from where I bought the ac, they gave me the customer care number of Voltas. Voltas phone number[protected] keeps busy every time I call them. Its now a week that they have accepted my installation request, without any further action from their end. I wonder what type of service is Voltas providing. Please Help...I don't know whom to approach. If anybody can provide me with Voltas customer-care number based in Kolkata, it would be truly helpful. Was this information helpful? | |||
