Voltas — Non resolving of complaint for AC problem

Hi, AC was not cooling, so I had complained. It was taken to Voltas workshop and returned after 2 weeks. Since then there is problem of water leakage in that. So I have complained for that and its been more than 15 days and noone has visited for rectifying the AC.
