Voltas — Part not available from last 1 month

Hi, i purchased 3 new voltas AC 2 months ago and 1 is not working (no cooling) after 15 days of purchase.
my req id is [protected]

i am not getting solution from last 1 month, every time they tell same thing (part not available), last time they told me that Full AC will be replaced but this time agan they have same wording.

what is benifit of brand like VOLTAS if we have to face this. please replace it on high priority.
