Thanks for your reply and for sending a person to my home for the above request as I have mentioned earlier.
But I want to state that the said PCB was also not working properly. It may have some defect in the said PCB product and also not compatible with my said AC as said and confirmed by your representative/Engineer having name Mr. Sachin (Mo -[protected]).
Sir, Voltas company is a such a big company having huge market share in AC products and giving this type of service to the public and sending defective product (PCB) i.e. also after six days from the complaint made which is unfair and not acceptable from such a Largest AC manufacturer company like Voltas.
Sir, currently the temperature in our city is like "summer heat" going on and we are boiling like an egg without AC . My family consists of my old mother, who is more than 70 yrs. She is suffering a lot due to heat and non-working of your AC from the last few days. I am also having two kids. They are also suffering the same. My entire family is suffering due to your defective product. I am continuously in touch with your team but still not getting proper service and desirable results from your side.
I am your routine consumer from last 15 years and buying different products from the market but i dont know what is happening now to your service. I can say that I am not Happy from your service at all. But still the "voltas" brand belonging to Mr. Ratanji Tata company and it is not expected to deliver this kind of end service to the consumers after buying the product .
I am once again requesting you to kindly resolve my complaint /issue of your product as the earliest from your side otherwise I need to take appropriate actions for suffering mental causes from your side. My whole family is suffering now.
I hope that I will get an immediate reply from your side.
