Hi voltas,

This side chandan singh. My registered mobile number: [protected]. I have purchased voltas inverter ac (183v jy) on 11th may 2018,. I'm facing problem in our voltas inverter ac from day 1. But no body responding on our problem, there have issue on manufacturing defect, ice formation, gas leakage, no cooling after 2-3 hrs. I'm very disappointed with voltas inverter ac.

I have request to you if you can't fix this issue then either replace that product or refund my money back.

I'm waiting for reply back. And i have attached our invoice and calling record how many times i've called on support and till now my problem is not resolved.

Updated by Chandan8179 I've called so many times to customer support they told me my senior engineer will visit on ur home but it's still not cooling room and there hv gas leakage issue..
