Voltas — Solit AC is not able to cool

Address:East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh

I have purchase Split 1 Ton AC on 08.10.2014. I am facing cooling problem with this AC. AC is not able to cool the room at any set temperature's . Recently i was complied the same AC outdoor is very sound occurred, your persons are attend the complaint but, till it was not cleared completly . So, pl send the your technical persons and clear the above two problems immediately

i was given complaint on 26.03.2015. till now any body are not attend the work and anybody are not call to me
