Voltas — Supply of Defective Split 1.2 ton AC

I had purchased a new VOLTAS 1.2 TON 5 STAR 155 CY SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER on[protected] from DIVYA ELECTRONICS, NEW DELHI. I got the AC installed on[protected]. AC was installed successfully and running well.On[protected] when I tried to run the AC there was no cooling, only fan is running. I had lodged a complaint thru 24 hours Voltas Customer Service on dt.24/03/2015. My complaint number is-[protected] I had talked a number of times with customer care centre within last 7 days. Every time the I get a reply that my complaint will be attended very shortly and technician from Voltas will attend the complaint.
