[Resolved] Voltas — Voltas 183lya AC GAS filling charge taken at the time of installations- Request for refund | |||||
Respected Sir, I brought Voltas 183 lya AC from PAYTM.com. After received the product the voltas technician came opened the sealed box to install and they found that there is no GAS in outdoor unit. They fill the gas and charged me Rs. 1800/- extra. I want refund this amount Rs. 1800/-as its a manufacturer defect. Pz refund my amount earlier. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have complaint to voltas Customer care toll free no. then they arrange a conversation of Chennai manager Mr. Dharmesh, he help me a lot, and today i have got my refund amout.
