I am a resident of Dwarka Delhi. I have bought a Voltas split AC of 1.5 ton on 04th May'14 (Invoice Number - 1141) for Rs-32, 300/- from Better Deals Electronics Pvt Ltd(Plot No-115, Ramphal Chawk, Sector-7, Dwarka, Tel[protected],[protected]. Since the day we bought and got it installed, there were issues with the Ac (installation request number-[protected]) installation done by Voltas service provider partner (M/s High cool Refrigerators, Ph-[protected]/[protected]. First there is no proper cooling; swing window was installed wrongly by the untrained technicians from service provider so the shape of the panels was disfigured. Also during faulty installation by these so called technicians from Voltas service provider there is a gas leakage and due to which in less then 50 days of purchase AC stopped cooling at all. We registered a complain on their toll free number [protected](Complaint Number -[protected]) and once again on 29th June’ 14 the technicians from the same Voltas Service provider partner (M/s Highcool Referegeters) visited and refilled the gas. He also assured us that all issues were taken care of, but the very next day (today on 30th June’14-God it’s not even 24 hours) there is leakage of water started from AC (inside cabinet). The leakage is so severe that it looks as if someone open a tap inside the cabinet…and AC stopped working. We are really shocked by the pathetic state of customer and technical support by Voltas the brand that is associated with the name of TATA. HOW CAN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BE SOLD FOR RS. 32, 300/-, AND NOT HAVE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY !! Is anybody listening at VOLTAS ??
