Volyzan — Cheating the consumers - www.volyzan.com

These people are fraud.
I order a LV wallet, i was told it is original, i went to the LV store in New Delhi and they touched and told me its fake as LV only deals in leather products this is fake leather(pvc).
They are not picking calls and no refund is given. I will file complaint against them to consumer court there address is Technolgy park, survery no.114, 4th floor serilingampally, nanak ram guda,
500107 gachibolly, hyderabad.
I dont know if the address is real or not. But if you want to file complaint against them. You can whats me on [protected].
Lets get togther make get them behind the bars.

Volyzan delivered my original Prada leather formal shoes on time. The customer support volyzan contacted me for
delivery confirmation. I got the shoes from right sellers.

I would like to recommend Volyzan for formal leather shoes for men.

This website is fake..products they are showcasing is fake..
I ordered salvatore purse, gucci shoes and burbbery shades and i got cheap bag of fendi, some other shoes style of gucci in different size, and cheap fendi shades .

Please dont buy from here...Its a warning my 31000 is totaly waste and now not picking neither responding...

I have ordered 3 Mont Blanc pens on 31st October- 0rder number #[protected]-1 worth Rs.16313/-

The orders was delayed by 2 weeks and when I received my consignment I got different product !

Since then I have been following with some mr. Virat on the given number [protected] !

This gentleman do not pick the phone and always leaves msg that it will be done ! I have sent 2-3 mails and last mail sending chats conversations as well!

No response ! I have asked for refund now and these people do not respond!

They claim to deliver original product and easy refund and etc etc ... but I doubt the product is not original but replica !

Please help me get the refund !

On 11th nov . I received absolutely different products. Was in touch with Virat who kept assuring me my stuff was about to be shipped. For the last 7 days he has stopped taking my calls Or answering my messages.
Very disappointing n unprofessional behaviour on the part of the company n its employees.
Please send me your postal address. I will pick up my stuff personally if its so difficult for you to do so.

Once again, I have ordered a pair of Burberry leather sneakers from Volyzan. I have received my order with genuine brand Burberry shoes. I am very satisfied with the quality of product and services.

I would like to recommend my friends for branded shoes over here.

this company is totally fraud they are display some good photos and then they deliver some very bad product which is totally different from your order
i had give a one order of shoe LV shoes worth rs 12000 and they give me some ridicules shoe.
till today its been 2 months they didnt give response always they give me different different date.
so pls dnt buy anything.
now even i m scared how can i get my money back.

This is not a good site to purchase as I orders 4 products and got only one that also after almost a month.
The courier people don't let you check the products and take the cash but I was lucky enough and realised that there was only one product instead of 4.
I recommended eveyone not to order from here and save yourself from being cheated

i have ordered a Montblanc pen through VOLIZAN and they shipped me different model. when i complainted the same dey asked me to return the product and they returned the shipment through fedex . now they neither pic my call or reply back .

volyzan is a group of fraud people who are desperately working for cheating their clients.

people please beware never ever trust volizan as they will never ship u the correct product.

before ordering through VOLIZAN make sure that u contact their customer care through phone. as they never pick calls ... and dont trust their whatsap no as they wont reply once they get their cash

Maine 5th April ko ek belt aur ek loffer ka order kiya tha jiska order no. [protected]-2 tha jiski total payment thi 17000₹ order karne ke baad mujhe [protected] se call aaya ki sir agar aap COD ki jagah aap mujhe abhi [protected] is number par Paytm se 13000₹ ki payment kar dengue to aapko 17000₹ ki jagah par ye order sirf 13000₹ mein hi mil jaayega meine unko 13000₹ paytm kar diye aaj 24april ho gayi na hi wo mera phone pick kar rahe hain na hi message ka reply kar rahe hai mein daily 20se 30 baar unko call kar raha hun koi call pick nahi karta aur na hi message ka reply karta inka ek message mila tha WhatsApp par ki 25april se pehle aapko order mil jaayga lekin abhi tak kuch nahi hua .mujhe lagta hai ye volyzan bilkul fraud hai agar mujhe kal tak koi reply nahi mila to mein jaldi hi police aur cyber crime mein repot karunga.

These people are frauds..
I had ordered two handbags of MK and when I received my order both bags were different from which were ordered. Now from past 4 days Iam continuously contacting them but there is no response on the mobile number mentioned on the website.
I wrote a mail to them and I get an apology on the mail but nothing after that.
Its really frustrating... I request all customers not to buy any product from Volyzan... They are frauds... I don't get any reply immediately I will report to the consumer court and cyber crime cell...

well i also rcvd my order few days back, i read such bad reviews then i thought i shoudlnt order, but i went ahead with only 1 item, i ordered 1 bag for Gucci, worth 12900 order id [protected]-1, the product came to me in perfect packaging, everythingh was stamped and signed, i went to store for check they said its oerfect, well then i placed many more orders with them, my recommendation is to order with these guys, dont know why such bad reviews are given online, i doubt of these are true or not .

I agree with Priya. I also had a similar expereince with these people. I ordered 12 items. After that i read reviews and cancelled the order. These people insisted me to take 1 item which was for 4k something. So i went ahead took the risk. Well it was worth a try. I got sunglass for 4k i mean which were for 17k in store. I went to store to check they confirmed the code mentioned on the product and tye product quality proved it original. So after that i asked them to dispatch all 11 left items. Order id [protected]. I'm having a pathetic experience with this site .I had placed an order COD, very soon I get a call that if I pay through paytm I will get a discount of Rs 1000, and very foolishly I believed their words and agreed to this.I have still not received my product . They never answer my calls. Once they responded and promised to deliver my product within 2-3 days but it was never fulfilled .I HAVE BEEN CHEATED . Please help and guide how to proceed further . I don't want to spare these frauders. I want to know if I can raise a dispute through paytm.
