Dear archit chandra, consumer court head gurgaon,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased (lv shoes) from volyzan firm for a consideration of rs 10000 paid in cash vide account no idbi bank, account no[protected] ifsc code : ibkl00001625, beneficiary name :- beats infotech (deposit slip attached) dated 26.10.2016 for a sum of rs 10000.00.
Please note that the articles sent by you were not what i ordered, am attaching the picture
For your reference and now now dealer is threating me as well on the network call routed through switzerland +[protected] and making the call sitting at india.
I have reported the above matter to them several times, enclosing the complete flow of whatsapp messages and but despite all my they are ignoring and avoiding my calls after promise to refund my amount by today only and which is indeed regrettable an highly unprofessional. on account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure has been humiliated me badly.
Now would like to put the official complaint and am also going to put fir today with the with the article photos, copy of this letter, deposit slips and invoice received from them as well pay compensation for financial loss/ injury/interest suffered due to your negligencein the sum of rs 50, 00, 000, rupees fifty lacs only consumer protection act, 1986 exclusively
