Vrise Securities Pvt Ltd — fraud done in plan details and not refunding money

Hi,

I opened an dmat account in vrise securities pvt ltd a few months back in may. The executive rahul chaubey ([protected]) came to my home and told me about the brokerage plan. He told me everything and told me that the plan was costing 35000/-. I told them i will not buy then he said it is refundable and whenever i want i can take my money back after deducting brokerage from it.

As i was not very much involve in trading so i asked him to cancel it, then he told me it will take few days to cancel and i said ok. After chasing him for around 3 months i spoke to their mumbai head office (Phone no[protected] they told me he has lied to me and this plan is nonrefundable.

Then i told them the whole case as i had proof on wassapp of all chat records i had with that guy. Then they asked me to send the chat records and will look into it and if they find it appropriate then they will refund my money and parallelly i was speaking to their delhi zonal head sharad nigam ([protected]) and another senior person name jitendra srivastava ([protected]) who console me that i will get my money back.

But yesterday i received a mail from their side saying they will not refund it as i gave confirmation in starting for the plan when they gave me a confirmation call before starting the plan and they will fire that executive who sold me that plan as he has done fraud to me.

Please help me to get my money back as this is clear case of fraud as i have proof of that.
