Vrl Logistics — GOODS DELIVERY AND NO RESPONSE

The bundle has been booked on 16.04.2015 date and it has not reached the buyer..it has taken almost a wee..LR no:[protected]...When i call the branch office they do not pick up the phone..even the customer care call goes unattended..am very unhappy with the service...

The material has been booked on 18.12.2015, LR No.-[protected]. It has not reached right destination. By mistake of their employees this material has been sent to Mathura instead of Aligarh. The road permit of this material has been expired.

We are very unhappy with the service...
