VRL Logistics / VRL Group — lost package

Lr no: [protected], (From:delhi, to:davangere) (Description-pb books) i received call from vrl logistics from davangere that the package has arrived and i can collect it... But i m visiting since two days.. But i'm not able to find my package and the computer handling staff is very arrogant and the staff also very negligent.. No one is helping out... I need that package so bad... It has books that i need for my exam

This worst service ever I have received from such company. I was in impression that they give good services and I was planning to buy share as but now I Wil never used their service and never recommend anyonanyone's to use
