We have booked a parcel in vrl from indore to dhalavaipuram (near madurai) on Dec 29th 2023 today 6th jan as of now no movement on the parcel and i have spoke with the vrl official in chennai madhavaram tpt from 3rd janurary simply they are saying today we wil send for the past 4 days, and they are particular about shifting there warehouse only not on client commitment . We have to deliver the goods to our client today but due to VRL mistake the client lost credibality on us and asked to deliver the goods by 8th jan 2024

i have been making the follow ups through mail and call simply they attend the call and get Lr number and no progress on work for the past 4 days they are doing the same
We are dealing with Vrl for the past 5 years now a days Vrl customer support is very poor and making false promise, based on there false promises we are making commitments and loosing our crediblity
We need the parcel by 8th jan 2024
