In the luggage counter of anand rao circle, my new Milton water bottle was stolen on 19/06/2019...and I am very disappointed your service..VRL especially but I have respect about Vijay sankeshwar... because he was UK... please resolve ... problem...kindly resolve it...I will waited for your response.
Please resolve and I was very disappointed and VRL Is trusted and good service but luggage counter this belief is goes out...please...

When we travelled the vrl bus journey bus no. Is py01cg2373 boarding from miyapur to goa on 26/5/19 my child who is of 7 years. We are the regular customer of your travels. For goa we have have booked 10 tickets when coming to the issue of my child they said that sleeper coach no so you can adjust he said. So we did not take the ticket. But the bus cheque sir stopped and said that we should immediately take the ticket...

Am travelling with the bus number of ka25c9093. The bus is absolutely in pathetic condition. Curtains cannot be pulled completely, the light in the passage will directly fall on your face willing makes you awake all time.

I had booked ac sleeper keeping in mind the present road conditions of pb road but the suspension of this vehicle is abnormal plenty of sound as it jumps small humps. Am writing this...

Myself harish shetty. I had used your service from brahmavara to hyderabad on may 19 2019. Tr. No[protected], seat no-26, 27. I was not allowed to keep my luggage in the luggage section instead threatened to keep it with me, with lot of difficulty i managed to travel keeping a bag on my lap. The bus staff were using filthy language which i can't mention here. My question to vrl travels is why don't you crosscheck the behavior of your bus staff?...

Busno: ka25c9557 and bus driver was behaving very worstly and arrogantly while boarding and he was went some distance forward and we moved later with this experience i never choose vrl travels again, if i get feed back by punishment to this idoit then only i will look into vrl service.....

Self along with my spouse and disable mother aged 75, boarded the bus to our surprise the ticket was not booked, money was deducted successful and message indicated the ticket was booked.
But did not receive the sms or email. Since my father had expired on 28th of april. We whare taking our mother with us

M traveling from bangalore to mumbai, it was scheduled as wil reach by 10. 30 am to mumbai. But we r still in bus, the time now is 3.15pm. Its really a horrible experience. It will make us to think weather to book another ticket from vrl travels. Why the wrong information given to us while booking. Perhaps there is less traffic & no prob in vehicle....

Vrl travels is not ready co operate with passenger as we have book tickets from nagpur to pune but due to some medical emergency we cant reach nagpur but we want to take boarding from kondhali as we have seen so many travels are stop there for passenger but they dont want spaek with us and even dont want to give any solution so we have lost our time and money as well so vrl team plase look into this if you are running with this much attidue...

I booked bus at april 3 2019 9:15 pm (Tn4u[protected] bt i got call in the afternoon dat 9:15 bus hvg some problem so we changed sheet no u16 to u10 bt he didn't gave bus number. Finally i askd in counter at 9:10pm that i didn't get bus number tell me the bus number. He said bus is stacked in traffic. Again 9:30 i asked he said same things but that time bus is moving (Bus no 8066) but i didn't get any call or regarding bus journey message....

This is manjunath my tr no 20368262 travelling from bijapur and bangalore on 27/03/19. Driver gave stop for dinner in haragur cross (After bijapur first stop). Two things,
(1) don't know why the traveling bus entered vrl stockyard. And wasted half an our time.
(2) driver drives the bus in neutral technically which is not safe.
Not at all happy with the journey
Don't know what action vrl will take.

My name is manojkumar, travelled with my mom n dad seat number 15, 34, 35... My journey bus no. Is ka25d1395 boarding from : morampudi jn, nr. Simhadri steels at :[protected]:00:00, (The bus is supposed to come at 6.30 but got delayed by 90 mins since he hit car and got late)..
Reasons for compliant :
1) bus driver is too rash in driving and he carry the rashness with travellers too
2) he doesn't stop any where for...

This complaint is about vrl and service.

Nowadays it has become a very casual practice that no buses run on time. Be it from anywhere to anywhere.

It's a very common delay time of minimum 30 minutes to 2-3 hrs.

We book buses relying on their timings that they mention in many of the online third party applications and as well as on their own website and plan our next schedules and days but they...

The bus driver and other facility, committed timing of boarding is perfect due to which i am regular travel through vrl travels

But the one thing i want to address you that the person whom you appointed at sangmawadi pune parking area office is very arrogant and miss behave with passengers. This is 4th time we observe him and the same attitude he have while communicating with the passenger, if anybody...

I am traveling from mumbai to blore. Just an hour of journey left and the bus stopped at vrl refreshment. There are so many toilets but most of them closed. Only one wester toilet and that's in worst condition. Went and spoke to staff he was cofidebt that's it's clean inspite of telling him. Went and took pictures and showed him. He still could not help. The only option given to a women passenger was to use a gents wester toilet. Used it...

Bus no. Ka25-c 6952 from bangalore to belgaum departed at 9.30pm and supoose to reach belgaum at 7am and reached at 8.35pm and it was not because of traffic it was due to unnecessary stopage, your sucks and i will never ever travel in vrl and alsl will share your [censored] service in social media as well, so tht people should know abt ur # service.
