What you say is the absolute truth, but the root cause of the problem stems down to the CEO. He is a devil hiding behind the face of Ravi Shankar. Stuff like making all employees cramp up into one space, sit on the floor that is not so clean and meditate is a common practice.
Their HR has no control what so ever and all processes are broken. You are expected to work in ### conditions with no learning and are expected to sing praise of the company.
If I were to put it in very crude words in hindi:
Agar tum jaante ho ke tum chu***a ho aur tumhari sabse acchi talent g**d chaatna hai, toh yehan tum lambi race ke ghoda banoge... and the CEO will respect you a lot.
