I ordered a combo of electric gel bag and 1.5ltr hot water bag rubber which is incomplete. There is no charging cable/wire for charging the electric gel bag and i called at customer care and they said that your product is non-returnable.
Please see to it. Either replace my product or return it and refund my money or i have to go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
