VVS Teleshopping — Cheating on delivery of right product

I have received a call somedays ago. the caller saying that they are calling from SAMSUNG INDIA LTD. and my mobile no. [protected] has been selected by the company for an offer. The offer is that they would gave a SAMSUNG GRAND 2 mobile for Rs.4000 if am confirm. They said that they are genuine and from SAMSUNG and the original cost is Rs.14000. and give me a option to select the colour from either Black or white or Golden. and i have choosen golden colour. On trust and reputation of SAMSUNG, I have confirmed and give them my address.They said that i have to paid the amount on delivery, which i have also confirmed in positive way, keeping in mind the reputation of SAMSUNG. but after few days i have recieved a parcel from KAGAJNAGAR Post office( 782413) and happily given Rs.4000 but on opening of the box i find that a Murti of Laxmi and a showpiece in the box. On the parcel their address is as- VVS TELESHOPPING, 204-VIZ PLAZA RANI BAGH, DELHI-110034. I have the said amound to the postman at about 11.50AM today (ie.12/10/2015). please help me on the matter and could they be cought at Ranibagh Post Office(110034). I also want to do so in public intrest that further no one can cheat the others like this. I also request to the company to either supply me the SAMSUNG GRAND 2 mobile phone or the cost of the product ie.Rs.14000/-. if i am not getting it within 7day will take legal action.
