Order I'd:[protected] Wakefit bed is delivered with incomplete parts. Installation has not been done due to missing bed parts. Ticket wakefit-653509 has been raised 16 days back but no one contacted from Wakefit team. I don't know when these guys deliver missing parts of my bed and do installation.
25th Oct: 2 weeks passed but still I didn't receive missing parts of the bed and the bed is not assembled yet. Terrible service From Wakefit.
Edit 2, 27th Oct: Still Carpenter has not visited my place. Missing parts are not delivered. Bed is not assembled. 16 days are passed. Extremely pathetic service from Wakefit. Was this information helpful? |
