Wakefit — Delayed Delivery of Dual Comfort Mattresses

I have been ordering stuff from WakeFit since the past 4 months and had a great experience with them. So many products and each one delivered before time and in the best condition. I have recommended the company's products to numerous people around.

Recently (on 13th June), I ordered 3 mattresses - one orthopaedic and 2 dual comfort and only the orthopaedic was delivered. I was supposed to get the delivery of the other 2 on 20th. It has been 4 days now and there is no estimate from the company support executives regarding this. When we call to ask, they say that the product was out of stock and now is being manufactured. On 19th, they asked us to wait for 24-48 hours and said that they would get back with a fixed time of delivery but now, they continue saying that there is nothing that can be done except waiting. We had an urgent requirement for these mattresses and are causing serious inconvenience and monetary loss due to this.

Please expedite this and send us the order at the earliest. If it's not available, send us something that is available (probably an orthopaedic one because it gets delivered soon) to compensate for this mistake from your side. I also request compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.

For better customer experience:
- If it's out of stock, mention that on the website in advance so that we could have ordered something else instead.
- Additionally, a tip for the support - a fixed time instead of an ambiguous answer stating that we don't know when it will be ready would have been much better.
