Whenever I try to contact them for the status they mention that there are operational delays and it is going to take longer and they do not know any ETA.
I always keep hearing 24-72 hours but NO ONE gets back.
Paid in EMI and I have started repaying the EMI but there's no sign of the product delivery.

They removed the option for canceling the order from the website too.
pathetic customer service as they are a bunch of robots reciting the same statements time ad again
