Wakefit — I'm complaining about return request of wakefit matress and I didn't get refund

I have raised the return request for wakefit matress on Flipkart. From 24 August 2022 i called everyday to wakefit customer care, they used to told me that I will get call for return request within 24 hours, but neither I get called not i get my refund money back. They are just round things up. I am totally unsatisfied with this type of service.
