I placed order on 30th Aug. it got on out of delivery status on 6th sept. on same day i waited till eod and called customercare. he said it will get deliver till 9 pm else max 24 hrs. again on next day i waited and raised complaint on customer care . he said it will definitely deliver in 1 hr or tomorrow morning. on next day again i called Customer care now she is saying that to wait for 2 more days for delivery update. there is no next steps . no place where we can raised this issue other than customer care. worst service ever. its really frustrating and ignoring customer after taking money. still my issue is not resolved Was this information helpful? |
