I purchased a wakefit matress last month. They gave me an 100 day return policy with that. The product was very hot and not fit for use. I complained the same to wakefit. They asked me to return it and sent a packing material to do the packaging. I did the same and no correspondence after that. ITs 8 days now and they don't attend my calls and don't reply my mails. I requested to cancel the items on 10th and also from your side the acknowledgement mail came to me stating the cancellation process is initiated. This is almost 20 days now from that and now it is being told that transaction got failed due to some technical error. i dont have any word to say here. for your negligence, i have to pay interest and other charges to bank. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible. its very very unfortunate to be treated like this.
