I have ordered a Mattress Protector, and i have returned the product due to color constraint. It is almost a month over and i have not yet got my Refund back. Very poor response from the support team as well. No proper update No follow-ups.
They are simply harassing us with false promises.
The poor transparency of their customer service and the delay of these refunds will never attract me to Wakefit.
30 days waiting for refund is completely unfortunate. its a crime that wakefit is exhibiting.
