I bought a orthopedic memory foam metress 78×72 in jan, 2021 under the policy of 100 days free return policy. the metress was delivered in feb, 2021 l. i made a return request in march, 2021 but still pickup didn't process at thier end. many times i spoke with company representatives many time about that but always says that due to lockdown pickup is not being arranged at our end. i understand that problem and agreed with them. but now a days u may see that many changes have been made in lockdown policy. transportations are also opened and unlocked by the govt. since 3rd of june but still my pickup is not being arranged at their end. it is also 4 month passed since i made a return request but they have not been arranging return pickup since i raised return request.
