I ordered a wakefit sofa from Flipkart, and the delivery date was August 26th, despite the fact that the order was placed in mid-July I waited patiently for the order but I received a very very horrible experience.
The delivery person called me on the 26th of August, took my address, and informed me that he will not be able to deliver my order because my location is very far away and he does not have any other deliveries in that area; he informed me that the delivery would be attempted the next day; however, on the 27th of August, he called and said he will not deliver my order because he does not have any other orders in that area, and he is unsure when the delivery will be attempted and disconnect the call abruptly. And I immediately received a message that the delivery person tried reaching out to you but wasn’t able to get connect and the delivery will be attempted in 48 hours.
This will continue until the delivery person receives another order in addition to my order that arrives in my area; I received no assistance from customer service, and the delivery person was extremely rude.
You expect me to wait two months for delivery? When the order is in the warehouse, the delivery guy has decided it's a waste to drop one sofa so far, he'll wait for more orders in my area before attempting delivery???
I'm extremely disappointed with wakefit. If I had known how you treat your customers, I would never have ordered from you. Now I'm being told to wait until September 18th for delivery when the order was placed in July!
Will I ever get a solution to this issue? Your delivery person refused delivery and I’m asked to wait for his mistake!
