I am have ordered Wakefit sofa product on 27th March but still it is not delivered, I tried to escalate with customer care service many times from their side they are giving the same answer it will deliver by today or tomorrow, I understood customer service team is sitting in office and providing update but they are not checking the appropriate delivery team and asking them to deliver it on time since it is already one week delay.
