Wakefit — Wakefit Taurus Engineered Wood King Hydraulic bed

I had placed an order on 30th May (Order ID: OD[protected] and made full payment. The product was never delivered.

Later, I received calls from Wakefit stating delivery would happen by 12–13 June, but it did not. Subsequently, I was asked multiple times to cancel the order due to non-serviceability at my pincode. Despite my refusal, the order was forcefully cancelled on 25th June, and I was incorrectly informed that it was cancelled “as per my request.”

As of today, 4th July, I have not received my refund. My payment has been held since 30th May without delivery of the product or any compensation.

I request immediate action to:

Process the refund without further delay.

Provide clarification on why the order was accepted despite pincode restrictions.

Consider compensation for the inconvenience and for holding my funds for over a month.

Your urgent attention and resolution will be highly appreciated.
