Wallmantra.com — Defective product delivered - no sign of replacement / refund

I placed an order with order number WM8187830, however, the product delivered was defective, sent out an email and they said they will be sending a replacement and created an order, however, there is no sign of the replacement being dispatched. Despite of multiple follow ups on email and call almost on a daily basis we have not received any satisfactory response, every time we call we are assured that we will have details by end of day but nothing happens, literally the support team has no clue of the orders and their delivery, they are just their to pacify the discussion and keep buying time for WallMantra and nothing beyond that. Also, the call center is so noisy that you can barely hear the customer support representative (how much does it take to give your support staff a noise cancelling headphones). Its not a company that looks for customers delight and ignores the customers plight completely.

Wallmantra is absolutely a fraud, same incident happened to me as well. I ordered a wall painting (Seven horses) which was delivered in 15 days from Noida to Gurgaon. It was lying in Gurgaon transit for 4 days, then it was out for delivery for 3 consecutive days an finally on fourth day they delivered me a broken piece. I asked them to refund but they tried to convince me for a replacement which I refused. Then the refund was initiated on April 21, and since then the status of the refund did not change. Every time I call or WhatsApp them, they would always request me to wait for 24-48 hours which never came. Finally after putting lots of pressure on them, they refunded it today. I would never ever have any business with Wallmantra and I request everyone not to buy anything from them. Their service is pathetic. This company should be permanently shut down.

I ordered a painting from Wallmantra but it turned out be of poor quality and printed fabric in the name of canvas painting, so i initiated a return for it.. 19 days have passed and I am still waiting for my refund. Everytime I call their customer service, they say that the refund will be credited within 1 or 2 days and they are saying this from the past 19 days. Totally a fraud company.
