Wallmantra.com — Delivered damaged product and not giving me a refund

I had ordered a 'Designer table' from WallMantra that was damaged when delivered on the 10th of June 2022. Also just to note, the delivery was heavily delayed. Upon the receipt of the product I raised a request for return. It has been weeks, and everyday they send me a message saying the product will be picked up, but not attempt is made, the product is still lying in my house.

There is no update on the refund, even though I have shared my bank details with them a long time back, and when I call the customer care they behave very badly.

I haven't felt as harassed by an online shopping site until date.

Wallmantra should be discontinued, or banned, because they are cheating people with the quality of product, the quality of service and the rude customer executives.
