[Resolved] Wallscriptsanalysis.com — Fraud | |||
In the second week of August 2015, i received an ad SMS from a company called wallscriptsanalysis.com, claiming to give returns of 12.5% per month for the investment made. I called the contact number provided. One Mr. Pradeep Shah ([protected]), received the call. He explained that their company is into PMS (portfolio Management Services) and is based in Ahmadabad, Gujarat. He said that they invest in stock market on intra-day basis with a target to get returns of Rs.1000 per 1 lakh of rupees invested in the market. He further explained that the stock market works for approx 21days in a month and so on a average they get Rs.14000 to Rs.16000 per 1lakh per month. Out of this they give the investor (like myself) Rs.12500 and they keep the remaining as their profit etc. He also said that they will give Bank guarantee for the amount invested and a written assurance on a Rs.100 stamp paper regarding the 12.5% returns. Since he assured me about the bank guarantee, I asked him to send me the necessary form to enroll myself. I also ran a google search to see if any complaints have been filed against this company so far. Since nothing showed on the search, I believed them. After filling the forms, I scanned and sent him by email to [protected]@wallscriptsanlaysis.com and couriered the hard copy to the address mentioned. He asked to transfer the money online to their HDFC account and said that the returns will be credited to my bank account after 1 month from the date of transfer. Since I did not have enough money, I transferred an amount of rs.25, 000 and then an additional Rs.5000 as Mr. Pradeep shah wanted a round figure for ease of calculations. This transfer was done from my wife's bank of india online account to the hdfc current account details provided to me (A/C no: [protected]). Now it is more than 50 days. Mr. Pradeep shah dose not answer the call. He only sends sms once in awhile says "I will call you later". Before I transferred the money, he would call regularly. Now he does't even answer the call. If the company is genuine, then they need to keep their promise and send me the returns. Or else they can return my invested money. I request your kind self to help me in this regard. Few hours after posting the complaint on 1st October 2015, I received a call from this company assuring me of the payouts. After that they called me few more times and finally this afternoon (5th October) I received the first payout in my bank account.
I am still keeping my fingers crossed about this issue. But as a lower middle class citizen, I sincerely hope that this company will deliver what they promise, so that people like me who do not know how to invest in stock market, still have a way to benefit from the market.
Initially when I first heard of their scheme, it sounded genuine and logical. I really wanted them to be successful so that the low income citizens like us could invest and gain something. I told many of my friends about this company. All of them are waiting to see the response of this company and my feedback about this.
I need to wait and watch for the second payout which should be on 19th October. If there is any problem, will let you all know.
I am also waiting for the promised bank guarantee (BG) and written assurance of 12.5% per month, on a stamp paper.

I just wanted to update all about this company.
A couple of weeks ago, after I posted a complaint in this forum, I was given the first payout with the assurance that next month onwards the payout will be regular. I was supposed to receive the 2nd payout on 19-October. Today is 29th and so far not received anything yet.
As earlier, I keep calling them and they do not respond. I guess last time they gave me the money, so that I will remove the complaint from the forum. Now that I marked the complaint as resolved, they are back to their ways.
I shall lodge another complaint and hope to take back all the money invested as I am fed up with this company.

Thank you for the complain we got to know something about the company, will you recommend me to invest. I am planning to. It would be great if you share with us the details of the payout like how much did you get on what investment. Did you receive the Bank guarantee.

I had invested 30K with them. I did not receive any bank guarantee as it is less than the minimum stipulated by banks i.e 50K for a bank guarantee (Mr. Pradeep Shah said so).
Now, its 10days past the second month and so far not received the payout yet. I have been trying to contact them but not much response. Every time they give some reason or the other like Navrathri etc etc. I am planning to ask them to return my investment as I am vexed with their tactics.
If you have someone in Ahmedabad, may be they can personally visit this company and understand. If they stick to their promise, then its a very simple and good investment. But so far my experience has not been very encouraging with them. In fact I also wanted to start their branch office in our place, if payouts come as promised.
I guess there is no easy way out with investment...

I genuinely hope that they keep up their word.

I told may of my friends about this company. All of them are waiting to see the response of this company and my feedback about this.
I would like to give a positive feedback about this company, if they resolve this issue amicably and continue with the promised payouts.
I would like to forget the whole episode and start a fresh, if only the company sticks to its promised payouts.
