Warranty Bazaar — bought a display protection plan for my phone but warranty bazaar is not processing my claim | |||||
Hi, I have purchased a display protection plan from warranty bazaar for my iphone 6 phone. Last month i had an accident and my phone's display broke. I raised a claim request through wb website 4 weeks ago. I was asked to submit all the relevant documents along with the estimated cost of repair from an apple authorized service center. I submitted everything on 13th of feb and contacted the customer support. They confirmed that they have received the document and asked me to wait for 3 days to get a confirmation before proceeding with the repair. Its been 2 weeks now and i have not received the confirmation. I have been calling the customer support and a guy named honey ali who assured me of helping with this personally. But i have yet to receive a confirmation. Every time i call them, they ask me to wait for 2 days. I went through their facebook page and i saw that people have had similar complaints about wb.
