We had booked order (Order no. Wbo14640) on 25/06/2016 for wash & fold but the clothes pick up time which was supposed to be 03:00 pm - 04:00 pm was delayed and the guy came on 26/06/2016 at 03:00 pm - 04:00 pm.
Again the delivery time was 27/06/2016 06:00 pm - 07:00 pm which was delayed and we got the delivery on 28/06/2016 06:00 pm - 07:00 pm.
Most importantly we could find that the clothes weren't washed properly, few of them are dirty and i have lost my white short which is stained with black color now. The clothes smell dirty and i believe i have been cheated by the company. Was this information helpful? |
