The quality both in terms of wash and service has declined to an extent that you wonder if the clothes are actually washed or just dipped in water and dried. The service has gotten so bad that you have to remind the delivery guys that they has not returned few clothes. It's extremely unprofessional and they never ever adhere to the time they mention....

This is one of the worst service for your clothes. Your count of clothes do not match when they return you. When you ask about the missing clothes... Their attitude is mistakes happen and we cannot guarantee you the missed clothes... Such an un organised service, staffs do not know how to talk to customers... If you want to loose ur clothes, please give to wash buddy...

I gave 2 of my good quality shorts and unwashed jeans for dry cleaning in Green glen layout branch. I return i got 3 completely damaged items with many holes and damages in the dress. They did some patching work to coverup some areas. The color is completely changed and i donated the dress to them only as it is not usable condition. Please dont risk with your valuables. I had given curtains for wash, they returned it in the exact same state. They took it for rewash and again returned it unwashed, on requesting for a refund they mentioned they cannot do so as they have washed it. I showed them pictures of how the curtains actually looked when we washed it with just one spoon of surf . We had booked order (Order no. Wbo14640) on 25/06/2016 for wash & fold but the clothes pick up time which was supposed to be 03:00 pm - 04:00 pm was delayed and the guy came on 26/06/2016 at 03:00 pm - 04:00 pm.
Again the delivery time was 27/06/2016 06:00 pm - 07:00 pm which was delayed and we got the delivery on 28/06/2016 06:00 pm - 07:00 pm.
