I have booked a shop in Wave Galleria, Wave city, Ghaziabad and paid 30% amount. The sale purchase agreement is also signed. But still thet are denying to send it to my residential address. I wrote at customer care and to their executives and also telephoned them, but no reply. What i have to do?
I have booked wavecity prime floor in Sector-5 in Sept 2011 and paid 30% of the flat cost but till now they haven't construct anything on the land. Kindly let me know how can i get my money back.
